Halloween Recap

How was your Halloween? What was the popular costume in your neighborhood this year?

Ashlee, Bosco, Jordan, and I
enjoyed greeting the tricksters.
There were...

Big kids....

little kids...

and adults.

Bosco had his eyes on this cutie.

Here are a few of my favorites.

The werewolf howled at me.

I asked Scooby if I should give him candy or a dog treat.
You can see the stunned look on his face. :o)

KC, Braden, Gabe, and Monica

Bosco takes it all in.
He kept sneaking treats out
of the dog treat bowl.

I hope you all had a fun and safe Halloween.

I will be linking to Mosaic Monday.

  1. The babies and the doggies always crack me up!

    m ^..^

  2. Oh my! Your neighborhood was very busy... Mine was very quiet.

  3. You have some great shots, La!! I wanted to go out and get a few but I would have looked a little strange. Better to be just the strange lady giving out candy!!

    Love the pooches!!

  4. I loved all your trick or treaters. We went to a party and there was a Michael Jackson and a Pocahontas that were really good. Glad you all had a happy Halloween.

  5. It's still early here - not yet dark. We'll be heading for the Fire Hall for a bonfire because there are no trick or treaters on our country road.

  6. What fun! Kids and dogs ... too funny! Thanks for sharing your Halloween!

  7. Isn't it fun to see the kiddies all dressed up! The one thing I notice is that your guests are in daylight - it was fairly dark by the time they started coming here.
Thanks for sharing - and Bosco is a cutie himself.

  8. How cute, the costumes are all adorable. I love the cute dog too.

  9. Aren't the little ones just darling!!! Wonderful pictures! Cathy

  10. What a lot of fun you had! Yes, we had fun here too. :)

  11. Looks like such a fun tradition you have there ... Halloween is not that big of an event over here but I did enjoy all your photos.

  12. What darling visitors you had!

You look like you put smiles on everyones' faces.

  13. I see there was a Ghostbuster in there! My husband would have loved that!

  14. What a great time! Love seeing all the trick or treaters! We don't get as many as years back, but I did go through quite a few bags of candy!

  15. Look at all the fun costumes! We had lots of little witches show up tonight... and a cat, pirate, and Minnie Mouse (AKA the grandkids) LOL!

  16. It was a quiet night here. Cute costumes that did arrive at our doorstep, though very few stopped by this year.

  17. Looks like you all had a great time! They get started early in your neighborhood, it's usually too dark for pics around here:@)

  18. Hi La...Great photos of your Beggar's Night! Lots of cute costumes! I dressed up in my "witchy" cape and hat. Ours was last night and it was really chilly! Thanks for sharing!~Hugs, Patti

  19. You got lots of great pictures! I didn't think to take any, but gave out lots of candy. We didn't have as many kids as in years past...I don't know where they all go...

  20. That werewolf costume is adorable. And the Wizard of Oz family is a great idea. You looked very spooky yourself.

  21. Oh what fun! We never get any trick or treaters -- too secluded... So it's great to see all the wonderful costumes! :)

  22. La, don't know how I missed this post. The mind is a terrible thing to lose! Looks like a fun time and your pictures are great.I'll help you sew if you'll help me take wonderful pictures like you take.Bosco is just the cutest little thing!
    Have a good day, Annette
