O is for Orange. According to CNN's Dr. Sanjay Gupta, our daily diets should consist of seven different colors. I'm pretty good at getting in my daily brown food, chocolate.
I do try to make my foods colorful. After all, pretty food is usually more flavorful. The best place to look for vibrant colors and bold flavors is in the garden: fruits and vegetables.
I do believe Orange may be my flavorite food color!
