World's Longest Yard Sale: Celina, Ohio

Yesterday, I recapped the Route 127 Corridor Sale in Van Wert, Ohio. Today, let's move south on Rt. 127 to Celina, Ohio.

Celina is situated on the western shores of Grand Lake St. Marys. Honestly, I got a little side tracked in Celina as I set out to find the shoreline. Little did I know, had I stayed the course on 127, I would eventually get to the lake. What's an adventure without some exploration?

Grand Lake St. Marys is the largest inland lake in Ohio and lies in Mercer and Auglaize Counties. It is extremely shallow at 5-7 feet so you will mostly see pontoons on the lake.

It was after 1:00 by the time I reached Celina and my string cheese and grapes had long worn off. I set out to find a shoreline restaurant with a view. I found, just off 127, the Dockside Grill.

This little restaurant reminded me so much of Florida. In essence, you are sitting on a big porch with the summer breeze helped along with big ceiling fans. The rafters were decorated with funky T-shirts and the view was beautiful.

After lunch, I continued south on Rt. 127. My first stop was my favorite of the day. Those Girls, LLC. is a little shop of delight for anyone who loves home decor. As I looked around, I found myself thinking of all of you as I saw things you would love.

In their spacious yard individuals were set up under tents offering their wares. Everything at this stop was high quality so I'm not sure if the owners set guidelines for what is offered.

Here are my Celina finds.
I bought this at Those Girls, LLC.
Isn't it dainty and sweet?

This is the little bag she used for my purchase.
Her granddaughter decorates them. Adorable!

I bought something else at this stop, but it is a Christmas present. I will share it with you after the holidays....cliff hanger. I spent less than $20 in Celaina, and half that was on lunch.

Linking up to Linda's party. Stop over and see what everyone else is up to.
